  • Dual water filtration technology is used to maximize the water filtration and purification.  Each unit comes loaded with a 5-micron sediment filter and a 0.5-micron activated carbon filter.  The sediment filter removes large impurities such as sand, dirt and biomass, while the carbon filter removes chemicals, pathogens, cysts and bacteria.  Not only is this far more efficient than an in-line single water filter, but it’s also a more ecologically friendly design (as you only replace the inner filter, not the outer housing).  These filters can be replaced by any universally sized 10” (2 7/8” x 9 7/8”) off the shelf, double-open-ended filters.

  • Our exclusive bracket is a commercial-grade polymer design.  It will hold (up to) several hundred pounds.  This means there are no more cheap plastic or metal brackets that always break or rust soon after purchase.  UV resistant with 4” legs for an easy installation if desired.  Easily modified by common hand tools.  Made in the USA!

   

  • The filter housings are the most robust available with 1/2” inlet and outlet ports to minimize the pressure drop across the filter elements.  NSF certified for drinking water and ergonomically styled to make filter changes easy.  Made in the USA!

   

  • Heavy duty swiveling 3/4” garden hose connectors made out of lead-free brass.  These ergonomic fittings are the strongest available.  NSF and ANSI certified for drinking water contact.  The use of these fittings means that they will not crack, strip or break like plastic fittings.  Connects directly to a standard garden hose (always use a drinking water safe hose).  Made in the USA!

   

  • Please note that the Oasis Water Filtration System is designed for safe, good tasting drinking water. As such it filters out the sediment, chemicals, bacteria, harmful pathogens and heavy metals in water. However, it does not remove the healthy mineral content of the water like a reverse osmosis unit will.  Because of this advanced filtration, please be aware that when testing for total dissolved solids (TDS) the results can be high due to the mineral content of the water source (such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, etc.) which are generally considered healthy additions to the water itself.  Because of these facts, a user will never see low TDS results as when using a reverse osmosis unit

   

  • With our sturdy mounting bracket, you can easily install the filter anywhere you choose onboard and you can trust it to never rust, rot, break or degrade.  The bracket is a fiber reinforced polyester polymer.  Because of this composition, it is easily shaped, drilled, sanded and polished with regular wood working tools (standard fiberglass tool PPE precautions apply).  This means you can modify it for a specific mounting location or leave it free standing for use when needed – the choice is yours!  The bracket is also reversible.  So you can choose to have the mounting flange up or down (just remove the 8 screws and reattach)
