All of this information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card and is part of our ongoing efforts to prevent fraud. You must include your phone number and email address to finalize an order, in case we need to contact you about your order.
3. ORDERING POLICY
Many of our products are fabricated on demand. And fabricated to user supplied criteria, as such they are considered “custom orders”. All custom orders will be confirmed to you, the purchaser, by us through a confirmation email to ensure that all specifics have been clearly defined and documented. These communications will occur prior to any fabrication. Any product listed on the website described as a custom order is subject to additional restrictions. All custom order sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be honored, unless a defect and/or an issue with the manufacturing process arises. At our sole discretion, Manu Kea Incorporated will work with a customer of a custom order to modify user supplied criteria of custom orders.
There is no guarantee of the availability of any particular product displayed on this website.
Manu Kea Incorporated reserves the right to discontinue any offering of merchandise (products and/or services), to remove any merchandise listed on the website, to change pricing, terms, specifications and warranties at any time without notice.
All prices displayed on the website are quoted in US dollars (USD). Pricing shown with merchandise does not include shipping, handling or taxes (if applicable). Purchasers are responsible for the payment of any shipping, handling, taxes (if applicable), change of delivery address charges, return to sender charges, address correction charges, refusal of shipment charges that may be added to your order on the website.
If your order includes merchandise from several manufacturers you may receive multiple shipments.

4. SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to fulfill all commercial (inventory on-hand) orders within 24 hours of payment. Weekends excluded, unless we have the shop already open. All custom orders will display an “estimated shipping date” or “lead time required” under the product description on the website. The estimated shipping date will also be included in your custom order confirmation email.
Our standard shipping methods are United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and the FedEx Corporation (FedEx).
If overnight or expedited delivery is required, please contact us (by email or postal mail) prior to your order. This will allow us to ensure that inventory is available and provide shipping costs for the expedited services. We do not guarantee expedited shipping will arrive by your required deadline. The cost of expedited delivery is incurred at your sole risk.
All shipping costs displayed with your order on the website are only an estimate. Actual shipping costs may be lower or higher. If actual costs are lower, we will reduce your shipping charges and you will only be charged the required lower amount. If actual costs are higher we will ask your permission (by email or postal mail) prior to finalizing your order.
The shipment of hazardous materials, such as but not limited to, flammable, corrosive, or dangerous substances will require special ground shipping methods. These shipping method costs are estimated on the website during your order. If actual costs are higher we will ask your permission (by email or postal mail) prior to finalizing your order.
If you require international shipping, please contact us (by phone or email) in advance of your order to confirm shipping costs. Manu Kea Incorporated will work with our customers to provide international shipping. Applicable duties, taxes, brokerage and importation fees are not estimated with any order placed to Manu Kea Incorporated. Knowledge and payment of all associated international shipping fees is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once the order is physically accepted by any of the aforementioned shipping couriers, Manu Kea Incorporated will not take responsibility on any loss, theft or damage due to carrier mishandling.
Without prior communications to us, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

5. SATISFACTION POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with our merchandise and our partner’s merchandise! We want to make sure that you find your transactional experience with Manu Kea Incorporated professional and friendly. To that extent we have a Satisfaction Policy: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return material authorization (RMA) within 15 days for replacement or refund (less shipping costs, 15% restock fee and any applicable taxes) at [email protected]. Any replacement or refund is determined at our sole discretion, based on your issues or problem(s) reported.
6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
The return and exchange period is 15 days for all commercial merchandise, excluding custom orders. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this 15 day period.
Special situations may occur for certain purchasers and certain purchases. An example would be where you cannot check the appropriateness of an item within the first 15 days. Should a special situation of this manner arise, contact Manu Kea Incorporated directly at [email protected] before the end of the first 15 days. At our sole discretion, we may extend store credit for future use on any returned merchandise outside this period and/or work with the purchaser to make possible amendments.
Non-Returnable Items include (a.) custom orders; and (b.) worn, torn, used, damaged or abused items; and (c.) etched, embroidered or otherwise personalized items; and (d) electronic products. Once an electronic package is opened, it cannot be returned to Manu Kea Incorporated. If there is a warranty issue contact the manufacturer directly.
All merchandise ordered and subsequently returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluding warranty issues).
All custom orders are final. No refunds or exchanges will be honored for custom orders, unless a defect and/or an issue with the manufacturing process arises. At our sole discretion, Manu Kea Incorporated will work with a customer of a custom order to modify user supplied criteria of custom orders.
In order to return merchandise, we will email you a completed return material authorization (RMA) document, after your specified request for a return (email or postal mail). Please include the RMA number (shown on the RMA document provided to you) on the outside of the package returned; this will facilitate resolving the situation as quickly as possible. When returning merchandise to us, you must include your provided RMA document, your original packing slip and the merchandise itself in original condition. We cannot accept any return or exchange without all of these items being included. Remember we cannot accept the return of any used, abused, mangled, dented, soiled, damaged items or items that are not in their original packaging with all component parts, literature and warranty cards included.
The return of high value merchandise (for some carriers, above $50) should warrant you to consider using a tracking service or purchase additional shipping insurance. Check with your carrier of choice to determine what insurance is included on your shipping. Manu Kea Incorporated does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Also please understand that unless you received the wrong product(s); outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.
Orders returned/shipped to Manu Kea Incorporated without a prior RMA number and document being issued, will be refused at our facility.
If an order/package delivery is refused, then return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
7. REFUND POLICY
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment. We authorize and execute the refunds within 48 to 72 hours from the time the package is received at our facility.
8. DAMAGED, MISSING OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE POLICY
All attempts are made to ensure that every order arrives on time and in good condition. If your order is damaged in shipment, please call the courier's attention to any obvious damage and ensure they note it upon the delivery record. Then contact us immediately, at least within 5 days of delivery. Do not remove the item from its packaging prior to communicating with us directly. Conversely, if any damage is not discovered until the package is opened, please retain all shipping materials (to included outer and inner boxes and packing materials). Photographs or inspections of the damaged package and merchandise will be required by Manu Kea Incorporated and the courier to resolve the issue. Never attempt to repair or use a damaged product until the claim is resolved and a replacement has been issued (where required).
For any product(s) which is defective in workmanship or material and for which you make a claim, at our sole discretion, we will elect to either repair or replace or refund the purchase price. When making such a claim, you must first complete our RMA request form.
Ultimately, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our quality merchandise. And within the limits of our abilities, we pledge to do our best to help you get what you want.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
We will cancel any order which has not yet shipped out from our facility. Please contact us directly at [email protected] or (904) 312-1344 to immediately cancel an order.
There is a 5% processing fee, if we have already received funds from your bank. For custom orders, there is up to 30% fee if fabrication has already begun but not shipped.
We here at Manu Kea Incorporated would also like to hear why you might be cancelling an order. So in the unlikely event that you cancel an order, please provide us feedback on your experience.
10. FRAUD POLICY
Manu Kea Incorporated takes fraud protection and fraud prevention measures very seriously. Orders with (a.) different shipping and billing addresses; and (b.) an email address from a free service provider (such as, but not limited to: Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.) may be asked to send additional identification, at our sole discretion, for the protection of involved parties.

Manu Kea Incorporated is located in, with all operational locations present in the State of Florida. As such, we are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders delivered into Florida. The current State tax for Florida deliveries is: 6% plus a county-by-county assigned sales surtax. This means that Florida tax could range from 6% to 8% depending on county of delivery.
Your order on the website will reflect estimated sales tax, if applicable. The actual charges will be calculated at the time you finalize and pay for the order (checkout). 14. WARRANTY POLICY
