US American flag resists fading, marine grade flag, strong and durable Old Glory American flag
- Are you tired of ragged ‘pink stripes’ and ‘purple stars’ on your boat flag? Our flag is made entirely with acrylic fabric (Sunbrella) which resists fading and fraying unlike polyester or nylon flags
- Do you realize that most flags made in the USA are printed and not embroidered? And most flags that are embroidered come from overseas? Our flag has quality embroidered stars and double sewn stripes for long service life
- Stainless steel grommets instead of the typical brass found on flags

- After having to replace several embarrassingly ragged, frayed and faded flags while out cruising internationally, we decided to build a better flag that would stand up to the marine environment

- If the flag needs cleaning - Sunbrella suggests "a solution of ¼ cup mild soap (Woolite or Dawn dishwashing liquid) per gallon of lukewarm water. Use a sponge or very soft bristle brush to lightly agitate the stain. Then rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue, and allow fabric to air dry"
- Sunbrella states "DO NOT use a power washer/sprayer"
- The Sunbrella® website states the following:
"Our 10-year limited warranty protects against Sunbrella® fabric becoming unserviceable due to loss of color or loss of strength from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals, when used for appropriate applications. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation, except as noted in this warranty."
